At Vera Fashion, we strive to provide you with the finest sarees. However, we understand that sometimes a change of heart happens. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below:

General Terms

Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Products)

We take great pride in our quality control. To maintain the integrity of our inventory:

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are claimed to be "wrong" or "damaged" unless a clear, unedited unboxing video is provided as proof.

  • Final Sale: Items that have been altered, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for any refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
