1. How long will it take to receive my Vera Fashion saree?

We know you're excited to wear your new saree! We typically deliver all orders within 4-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS or Email.

2. Is there a shipping charge?

shipping is free on all orders across India.

3. What if I receive a damaged product?

To ensure fairness for both parties, we require a mandatory unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) to process any claims for damage or "wrong product" received. Without an unedited video, we cannot offer a return or refund for these specific cases.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD for your convenience

5. Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make a correction.
