At Vera Fashion, we understand that a saree is not just a garment; it’s an emotion. We take the utmost care to ensure your selection reaches you safely and promptly.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: We are committed to delivering your orders within 4 to 5 business days across India.

  • Order Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • Metro vs. Non-Metro: While we aim for a 5-day window, deliveries to remote locations or Tier 3 cities may occasionally take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

  • Return Logistics: Please note that in the event of a return or exchange, a flat ₹200 service charge is applicable to cover the cost of reverse logistics and handling.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your saree is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Tracking ID via Whatsapp.

  • You can track your package in real-time through our delivery partner’s website.

4. Secure Packaging

  • Every Vera Fashion saree undergoes a strict quality check and is packed in tamper-proof, high-quality packaging to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • All sarees are measured at a standard 5.5 Meters with a 0.8 Meter blouse piece.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If you find that the package is significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at 6354102455

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding missing items or damage inside the package, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

6. Undelivered Orders

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the product to us. Please ensure the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
